Burnt Store Meadows

Burnt Store Meadows is located in the southern part of Punta Gorda, just five miles from the city's historic downtown. This community is governed by the Burnt Store Meadows Property Owner's Association and has a deed restriction.

Burnt Store Meadows offers a variety of Florida-style homes built in a park-like setting. The community has vast greenbelt areas that provide a peaceful and quiet environment. These green spaces are maintained by the property owner's association, which is funded by an association fee of around $250 annually. Burnt Store Meadows was developed in the early 1980s and primarily consists of single-family homes. The resale market of this community is very active. Although most of the community is already built out, there are still some buildable parcels available.

Burnt Store Meadows can be accessed via Burnt Store Road to the West and Tamiami Trail (US-41) to the East, providing quick access to everything Punta Gorda and Charlotte County have to offer. Shopping is just a mile away; Interstate 75 is two miles down the road, and Fort Myers is 25 miles to the South.
